OREA Form 244  Seller's Direction re: Property/Offers

After the property is listed in MLS in Ontario, the home seller can use this real estate OREA Form 244 to instruct the realtor when and how the offers will be presented and reviewed.

More specifically, the home seller doesn't want to be bothered by a random offer notification and prefers the realtor to present all the offers at a predefined time.

This form 244 also acknowledges that the seller agrees with the listing brokerage's obligation to notify other cooperating brokerages regarding the showing and offer conveyance.

This direction is used together with other OREA Forms.
